Katie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from McMaster University in 2001, having majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science. She went on to attend Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2005. While at Osgoode, Katie volunteered with, and became a Coordinator of the Family Law Project.
Katie completed her articles at the Ministry of the Attorney General’s Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. She was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in July 2006.
Katie practices in the area of family law and advises clients in matters relating to custody, access, child support, spousal support and the division of family property.
In her spare time Katie enjoys mountain biking, hiking and aerobics, as well as a good book.
