Graham Knight has been practicing law in the Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate areas since 1980. His corporate practice has focused on offering sound and timely advice on incorporations, partnership agreements, franchising, corporate financing, mergers and dissolutions to institutional, corporate and individual clients. Graham’s real estate practice has addressed both private and corporate conveyancing, subdivision financing, mergers and dissolutions to institutional, corporate and individual clients. Graham’s practice includes mortgage remedies.
Graham Knight is one of the few lawyers in Simcoe County practicing law in the areas of trademark and copyright. He has completed his course requirements for his Masters of Law Degree in Intellectual Property, and has published in the Intellectual Journal. Mr. Knight is a past chair of the McLaren Art Centre (Barrie Gallery Project), and past president of the Barrie Canoe Club. Graham is a founding associate member of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprises Georgian Bay Chapter, is Vice President of Gilda’s Club Barrie, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Simcoe County Law Association. Graham is Burgar Rowe’s Managing Partner.
Graham has taken mediation training at CDR Associations in Boulder, Colorado. His mediation practice is restricted to business disputes.
Graham enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors and composing and playing music.
