After
obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1994, Andrew
attended the National Programme at McGill University, Faculty of
Law, where, upon graduating with distinction in 1998, he obtained
degrees in both Common and Civil Law (BCL & LL.B.). Andrew was
called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2000 after
completing a year of articles in Toronto.
In
May of 2000, Andrew jointed Burgar Rowe Professional Corporation.
His solicitor's practice includes Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate
and Municipal Law, all of which service both individuals and large
institutional clients.
Andrew
is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, a voracious reader,
an aspiring percussionist and a lover of outdoor activities. Andrew
volunteers with the United Way as a member of the Forever Fund Steering
Committee and sits on the Board of Directors of the South Simcoe
Theatre and the Canadian Condominium Institute, Huronia Chapter.
